Because I started the site fresh on new software and a new server, any links in my old “What’s New” section will be very out-of-date. In light of this, only NEW revisions related to this site will be listed here.

So, quite a bit. The lionkingpride.net domain lapsed. I’m very sorry as I did not even realize it happened. Anyhow, someone else already scooped up the domain. For now please use http://fansite.tlkpride.org as the temporary subdomain to reach the site until I get a new domain set up. In addition, I’ve purchased a better (not free) theme for the site. I will be taking time to implement it. But in the meantime the site will be a bit…messy. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

After years of being offline due to a system hack, TLKP is finally back online. The software has changed for the site for extra security. Galleries have been restored. Links are officially back up. (I went through every link to test if they were still functional. As a result more than 75% are now gone.) Generally a lot of work is going on behind the scenes.

More uploads to the image library were done today. Screenshots for The Lion King (first movie) are complete. So are the Simba’s Pride screenshots. Also, The Lion King 1 1/2 is part ways done, as well!

Making good on my promise to work on the image library shortly, quite a few pictures were added today. I added at least a couple dozen pictures to the screenshots from The Lion King (first movie only.) There is still quite a bit more to upload, as well as the other two movies. These are not easy to put on…each has to be individually added to the gallery, along with a description. They cannot be bulk uploaded, unfortunately, or the order will not be maintained. (I keep the pictures in order to how they appear in the movies.) I hope to work on some more soon! I’m sorry that it has been so long since there’s been an update. Illness has gotten the better of me lately. I hope to get moving again on the image library shortly. I fixed some broken images overlooked when the site was transferred to the software based system. Also, some minor plugin updates were done in the background, that have no visible effect on the site. The guestbook was riddled with spammers, so reCaptcha was installed and enabled to prevent furture spam. TLKP Chat was fixed on the menu to open in a new window. In the sister sites module at the bottom, Knarrly’s Blog was edited to point to the new domain: www.knarrlysblog.com !

The TLKP Chat menu option was fixed. It was empty, and just pointed back to the domain. Also, I have been taking a break from the picture uploading. I will be starting up again soon!

The TLK Image Gallery additions continue. The Skybox card scans series 1 are complete. Series 2 is still in the process of being done. I modified the way the image gallery functions. Also, the guestbook software was altered to add spam blocking. (The domain has only been live 2 days and the guestbook was already being hit with spam.)

Some more items were knocked out today. The links section is finally done! The Webmaster Resources page has been brought over, and updated for more relevant content. The “Beyond the Movies” section, discussing the “Six New Adventures” books, was brought over, as well. The avatars in the image gallery are complete, and the signatures were added. A “login” function was added, for now, to mainly allow staff to log in and maintain the site. In the future, this login may expand to allow for community based login for various functions and features TBD.

It’s been a long day! All of the MIDI files were uploaded. The Amazon.com Pride Store was updated with newer options. The older ones were removed. (It was sorely in need of changes!) The “Add Your Site’s Link” form was added to the site. The link section is in the process of being worked on. So far, the Lion King links are done, and so are the general Disney ones. The misc links will be worked on next! Oh, yeah, and I also put up my collection of TLK stuff! Enjoy! 🙂

This site has gone through major changes! It has been redesigned, using a CMS software instead of being hard-coded in HTML. It has been moved to my tlkpride.org server. The domain will be moved once the site is relatively finished. Most of the movie info content pages have been transferred. The pics/images are in the process of being moved right now. For info on what did NOT make the cut to be transferred, see here.
